We provide help and care for elderly and vulnerable adults in Zambia. Our services are designed to support adults IN our care home, ensuring safety and comfort.
Who We Support
We offer care services for:
- Frail and vulnerable elderly (65+), including those who may need extra help with daily tasks.
- People with dementia who need a safe, supportive environment.
- Adults with mental health challenges who benefit from structured, compassionate care.
- Individuals with physical disabilities who require assistance with mobility and daily activities.
- Those with sensory impairments (such as vision or hearing loss) who need help with communication and mobility.
- People facing illness, including end-of-life care.
- Adults recovering from illness who need temporary support during recovery.
- Adults with learning difficulties, providing stable, structured assistance (excluding those with specific challenging behaviours).
Services We Provide
Our Domiciliary Care and Personal Care services are regulated and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are committed to providing safe, person-centered care, tailored to the needs of each individual.
Our services allow vulnerable elderly people and adults with disabilities to live semi-independently in the care home, with support available as needed.
Types of Support We Offer
Our home care services are flexible and designed to meet each person’s unique needs. Here’s a breakdown of the kinds of assistance we provide:
Personal Care
- Assisting with washing, showering, or bathing
- Help with dressing and undressing
- Supporting continence management
- Assisting with mobility and movement
- Ensuring nutritional needs are met, including meals and fluid intake
- Helping with getting up in the morning and going to bed at night
Domestic Help
- Shopping assistance for daily essentials
- Help with housework, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assistance with finances, including pension collection
- Facilitating social connections and integration, including social visits and outings
- Providing day or night sitting services, offering company and supervision
Specialist Services
- Support for individuals with Autism, adapting care to their specific needs
- Assistance for people with severe epilepsy, including administering rescue medications if needed
- Behaviour management for individuals requiring structured support
Our goal is to make sure that each person we care for feels safe, respected, and supported in maintaining as much independence as possible, while also providing the compassionate care they need.
